• The Platform: Wima connects employee time tracking, job management, quoting, invoicing, customer records, and reporting in one place.
• User Accounts: You are responsible for account security and user permissions. Wima includes unlimited employee users.
• Operational Scope: Wima is an operational management platform, not a replacement for dedicated accounting or payroll software. It works alongside your existing systems.
• Subscriptions: Access is provided on a subscription basis. Fees and billing terms apply as agreed during setup.
• Data Ownership: You retain full ownership of all data, customer files, and financial records entered into Wima.
• Platform Availability: The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wima is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruption.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time under your plan terms. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for misuse.
